Handmade ceramics in Aarhus

I work with handmade ceramics. My studio and gallery is in the lively Jægergårdsgade in the middle of Aarhus, Denmark.
My ceramic work is fuctional and full of stories; I am inspired by light, language and landscapes. I have a special interest in mistakes and how I can use them in a positive way in my ceramic expression.
The ceramic is made on the wheel in porcelain clay and often altered in different ways after the throwing.
I try to work as sustainable and green as possible in the ceramic proces. You can read more about that here.

I see ceramic vases as a perfect starting point for different expressions inspirations and stories.
I make ceramic vases that looks like landscape, that reminds of light at certain times of the year, ceramic vases with sand from the local beach.
They are all handmade and unique
